NUBI’S NAME

NUBI YOGURT FLAVORS

• Nubi’s signature flavor is its Plain Tart yogurt, which is tangy and light, with just the right level of sweetness. Nubi offers other tart flavors as well, including Green Tea Tart and Blueberry Tart.

• In an effort to provide customers more exciting menu choices, Nubi’s yogurt flavors change often. A few “classic” flavors, such as Plain Tart, Vanilla and Chocolate, are always available, but the other flavors rotate based on the season and store location.

NUBI CAFÉ CONCEPT

• Nubi Yogurt offers its customers a fun, trendy environment, with satellite radio at all locations and free Wi-Fi internet access at select locations.

• Nubi Yogurt facilities were designed to feel fresh, modern, and friendly. Through sparkling floor to ceiling windows, the passerby can see the brightly-lit and colorful interior of the store. Most units have convenient outdoor seating. The interior of the store has a modern, upscale, and pleasant look. Convenient minimalistic modular pedestal tables and movable chairs allow groups to make their own seating arrangements. Bright white counters and high ceilings give the space an open, airy feel, while pebble stone floors and dark wood accents bring nature indoors. The focal point of the store is a huge multicolored photo montage of the colorful fresh fruits that are served at Nubi Yogurt along with their trademarked sign and logo.

HISTORY

The Nubi concept and yogurt offerings were over a year and a half in the making. The founders devoted over a year to finding the best premium frozen yogurt available.

The first Nubi Yogurt location opened in February 2008 in Apple Valley, California. Nubi was an instant success. At one point in its opening weeks, the company had to post a sign informing customers that one of its popular flavors was no longer available for the week because the customers had eaten the store’s entire stock of 40 gallons in two days—and that doesn’t even factor in the other eleven yogurt flavors!
